Debriefing
A good brief is central to the entire project. Think of it as a business plan for a specific project. It should cover everything necessary to the project, in a manner that is easy to refer to throughout the duration of the work. The design brief should inspire and challenge a designer to produce great work. That's a great starting point! Take your time to answer our questions so that we’re all on the same page.
Defining the problem
Do you already have solid ideas for what you want? Using a design brief effectively throughout the process should bring us as close as we can to the problem.
Research
Research comes in many shapes and forms. Methods evolve and transform, depending on the question being asked. We ask the right questions, in order to understand the context of the project and note key points that partners should consider to ensure that the project is successful when it goes live. 
Design
We help brands create a consistent approach across all digital channels. Ensure your entire organization communicates the brand message consistently at all customer touch-points and you stand out.
Evaluation
It is vitally important to take a step away from the process at this point and look back at the work done so far. This ensures that all of the problems uncovered by the research have been considered and addressed through design and strategy.
Prototype
After evaluating the problems, the position and the strategy we create the first version of the solution. It is the physical manifestation of the first five steps. This is unpacked and tweaked in order to plug holes, seize opportunities and minimise risk in order to support the demands of your business.
Implementation
By analyzing our starting point and highlighting key objectives we implement our solution according to the strategy. We are committed to making sure that every part of the process is designed and executed as planned.
Development
Once the solution has been implemented we take a step backwards and observe. We analyse the data and look for tweaks that will optimise the performance of the solution. 

* reDesign

Major redesigns come once a decade. Sometimes this is required to refresh the look and feel of a brand. Theoretically, it refers to only one element of the brand’s identification, but in practice stronger changes of an important element are followed by subsequent ones. 

* reBranding

If the problem requires deep changes in approach and strategy, we need  to rebrand. We will take you through every step to find what works and what doesn’t.

The degree of change depends on the size of the problem and the current state of your brand. It can be implemented on a special occasion or based on a new brand strategy (name, communication strategy, positioning, visual identification and users group).
